x-church kitchen is a real community cafe and the warm heart of x-church. We are pleased to be a member of the Feeding Gainsborough Network and we serve a free lunch every Wednesday plus a free tea for our children's project every Thursday.
It's not all about food though! x-church Kitchen is always available for our community and a whole host of groups and organisations use it.
Gainsborough Peer Link Workers are now based at x-church and are always on hand to provide mental health support to anyone who needs it. Many of our volunteers are people who have experience of mental ill health so we take great care to ensure that x-church kitchen is a place of empathy and understanding.
